Port Meadow Review hammers Council & Uni

A report into the planning fiasco of accommodation blocks at Port Meadow has heavily criticised Oxford City Council and Oxford University. But now what's happening with the Environmental Impact Assessment? 

Oxford City Council has leapt onto new Labour proposals to give cities a 'Right to Grow', but this could only mean expansion into the Oxford Green Belt....

The Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership is currently consulting on how best to spend £16m of EU Structural Investment Fund money in the county between now and 2020.  It's good news, but we need your help to give rural issues more of a say.

HS2 bill timetable illegal?

The HS2 Hybrid Bill was submitted to parliament yesterday.  But with only 56 days consultation on 50,000 pages of documents, CPRE believes the consultation timescale is likely to breach international law.
