West Oxfordshire District Council submit Local Plan to Planning Inspectorate

Following the publication of the pre-submission draft West Oxfordshire Local Plan, the District Council has now formally submitted the plan to the Planning Inspectorate. The examination hearing sessions will take place later in the year.
Planning Inspector Mr Simon Emerson BSc DipTP MRTPI has been appointed to establish whether the draft Local Plan is ‘sound’, taking into account the representations made earlier this year and national policy.
All submission documents are available to view on the Council’s website.
It is anticipated that the examination hearing sessions will take place later in the year although the dates are not yet known. Further information will be provided on the Local Plan website (as above).
