Please join us to hear all the latest news and views on CPRE Oxfordshire’s campaigns and activities over the last year and what we have planned for the future.
After the AGM, we are delighted that our speaker will be Catriona Bass from Long Mead Local Wildlife Site.
Long Mead is a 10-hectare historic floodplain meadow on the River Thames near Swinford, Oxfordshire. With her partner Kevan Martin, Catriona has restored and connected ancient wildflower meadows through the Thames Valley Wildflower Meadow Restoration Project. A passionate advocate for biodiversity and sustainable land management, Catriona also runs care farming initiatives at Long Mead, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges through nature-based activities.
