Deadline for consultation has been extended to 1st September.
The scale of the development is significant with 3,000 houses proposed. CPRE Oxfordshire objects to the application on the grounds of sustainability, impact on landscape and failing to meet South Oxfordshire District Council’s aim to be carbon neutral by 2030.
The development of this site is contrary to the current Chalgrove Neighbourhood Development Plan, and not in accordance with the current Local Plan.
