CPRE guidance on landscape and neighbourhood plans

CPRE has published a new guidebook - 'What's Special To You: Landscape Issues In Your Neighbourhood Plan'.

CPRE has released a new guidance document - 'What's Special To You: Landscape Issues In Your Neighbourhood Plan' to help community groups develop strong landscape policies in their Neighbourhood Plans, to influence future development decisions that would affect their local area.

It will be helpful for anyone who is interested in protecting what is special about their local landscape.

The guidance includes examples of existing neighbourhood planning policies, such as those designed to conserve landscape character, safeguard hedgerows, designate local green space and protect dark skies.

See below a PDF of the document.
