A public consultation, where the University's vision and masterplan for the redevelopment of the Osney Mead Industrial Estate will be displayed, takes place on Wednesday, 6 July, at the Kings Centre, Osney Mead.

The City Council is to produce a new Local Plan for Oxford. Its 'First Steps' consultation will start on 27 June 2016.

The most detailed ever satellite maps of England’s dark skies are today released by the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE). 

The Vale has made public its outline of the work it will be doing over the coming months on preparing its Local Plan 2031 Part 2. The Preferred Options Consultation is due to be held in February 2017.

CPRE campaign helps lead to removal of 1,400 homes proposed for the North Wessex Downs AONB and over 15 Green Belt sites, but overall numbers remain and 1,500 houses across 4 Green Belt sites given the OK.

City's 'Greater Oxford' report

A new Oxford City report has revealed its proposals to build over 11,000 houses in the Oxford Green Belt, to the North and South of the City.
