Advertise your business in Oxfordshire Voice and support CPRE Oxfordshire, part of the largest environmental charity of its kind in England

Reach your customers through Oxfordshire Voice magazine. It features conservation and environmental matters, heritage, farming, leisure and outdoor events, volunteering, rural communities as well as news, events and activities from the Oxfordshire branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE).

The majority of Oxfordshire Voice readers are aged 45 and over, professional or retired ABC1s with a wide range of interests.

Oxfordshire Voice lists local attractions and events offering free or discounted entry for CPRE members. It raises the profile of rural Oxfordshire, encouraging outdoor activities and stewardship of our county.

2,000 are printed and mailed to more than 1,500 CPRE members. It is mailed to local authorities, council offices, parish councils. And there are hundreds more readers online at www.cpreoxon.org.uk/resources/newsletters and hits and shares via social media.

  • Half Page A4 (210mm h x 148 mm w - horizontal ad) £150
  • Half Page A4 (297mm h x 105mm w – vertical ad) £150
  • Quarter Page (130mm h x 105mm w - vertical only) £85

Terms and conditions of advertising in Oxfordshire Voice

All adverts are accepted by Oxfordshire Voice on the understanding that they are copyright free. This includes any images, logos, photos, trade logos, clip art or any other content that is used in the advert. Advertisers’ are responsible for acquiring any permissions for the use of any images, logos, photos, trade logos, clip art or any other content that is used in their advert or pre-printed insert.

Advertisers’ are responsible for checking it is correct at copy approval stage. No responsibility will be taken by Oxfordshire Voice for any errors identified after copy approval.

Any logos, images or photos supplied should be a minimum of 300dpi. No responsibility can be taken for the print quality of any image, logo or photo supplied at a lower resolution. Any advert supplied in JPEG, PDF or any other pre-prepared format will be inserted into Oxfordshire Voice as supplied and will be assumed not to require copy approval. These files should be supplied at a minimum of 300dpi, and without printer's markings. No responsibility can be taken for the print quality of any advert supplied at a lower resolution. These files may be resized to fit the appropriate space.

Oxfordshire Voice reserves the right to refuse adverts at its own discretion. Ad copy is required by the copy deadline date specified.

Full payment is required at the time of order. Once an advertising package has been accepted, either by an advertiser signing and returning the application form, e-mail or letter, no refunds can be given if the advertiser subsequently decides that they wish to cancel the advertising package. Oxfordshire Voice gives no guarantee of the level of response to adverts.
