Glebe House, Reading Road, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 9DT 

The AGM will be followed by a brief district committee meeting.  Following this there will be a short talk on how to make your house energy efficent. 

Sue and Richard have spent the last five years renovating Glebe House to use as little energy as possible.  Measures include solar panels, batteries, low energy lights, a ventilation system and extensive insulation.  For those interested a tour of the house in possible.

At 3.30 p.m. tea and cakes will be available in the garden.

CPRE Vale of White Horse District's AGM will take place in Letcombe Regis Village Hall at 11.30am Saturday 1 July.  

CPRE Oxfordshire's Branch AGM takes place at the same venue at 2pm that day.  


(Those wishing to attend both may be interested in lunch at the nearby Greyhound Inn.)

This year's CPRE Oxfordshire AGM took place on Saturday 6 June, at St Edmund Hall, Oxford.  The keynote speech was given by Peter Jay - a challenging cry to action in response to the recent dismantling of the planning system and increasing threats to the countryside.
