Developments proposed at Marston Developments in Summertown

Three sites totalling 25 hectares and proposed for development of 1050 houses.

  • Marston, Mill Lane. 16 hectares of which 3.26 hectares is in the floodplain and 2.76 hectares of this is a Site of Local Importance for Nature Conservation (SLINC). 600 dwellings. Although described as Mill Lnae, thsi land is best described as adjacent to the Queen Victoria Arms (Old Viccy).
  • Marston, Marsh Lane. 2.99 ha which is in a conservation area and a view cone. 150 dwellings.
  • Marston, Court Place Farm. 5.9 ha of allotments. 300 dwellings.
  • Marston, Northway Playing Field. A document marked "confidential" by the City Council contains a proposal for 90 dwellings on 2.0 ha of playing field in 2012-16. Map.
